The room had a fantastic view, was spacious and pristine. The staff were professional and always eager to help. The hotel's proximity to the city center and the inclusion of parking were huge advantages. The breakfast spread matched the high standards of a 5* hotel.

The hotel was in a prime location, just a short walk away from the historical old town. This made it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying all that it has to offer. the hotel offered fine views of the surrounding area, great to take in the beauty of our surroundings. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

We were impressed by the exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations in every way. the spa and wellness center was top-notch, offering a variety of treatments and massages that rejuvenated us. We especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna facilities, which were clean and well-maintained. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxing, and the staff was attentive and accommodating.

The only minor issue we experienced was slow service at the restaurant during peak hours. this was quickly resolved by the attentive staff who offered us complimentary drinks while we waited.

The only minor issue We encountered was the room service, which was hit or miss. On one occasion, We had to call twice to receive the requested items, and the response time was slower than expected for a five, star hotel.
